Carol Colleran

Carol Colleran, Executive Vice President of Public Policy and National Affairs, Hanley Center, Florida.She is a pioneer in the field of treatment and prevention of alcohol and medication addiction among older adults. She developed the Center for Recovery of Older Adults at Hanley-Hazelden in 1996. He nationally recognized book Aging and Addiction is a primary text in the field. She has appeared on PBS, the New York Times, Palm Beach Post, among many others. She lectures nationwide on the subjects of substance abuse and older adults.

 
Angela Childress

Angela Childress, is a lead substance abuse counselor at the McLeod Addictive Disease Center in North Carolina. She has extensive clinical experience in the substance abuse field, is a registered substance abuse professional, and recipient of several awards and honors in the field.

 
Thomas Durham

Thomas Durham, is Executive Director of the Danya Institute, Maryland. In this capacity he manages the Central East Addiction Technology Transfer Center (ATTC), and the Clinical Preceptorship Program for the United States Navy and Marine Corps, and has done so for over twenty years. He is a published author in the field of substance abuse, and has specialized in the areas of motivational interviewing, and clinical supervision. He has been on the faculty at several universities and served as the regional Vice President for the National Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC), and writes a monthly column for Addiction Professional Magazine.

 
Kelli Star Fox

Kelli Star Fox, is Chief Executive Officer and owner of Transitions Counseling Inc. in Maine. She has extensive clinical experience and has taught at various universities, including the University of New England, the Rape Crisis Services of Maine, and other venues. She holds professional licenses in alcohol and drug abuse counseling, clinical social work, and is a certified clinical supervisor and clinical tobacco, alcohol and drug social worker.

 
Elaine Calco-Gray

Elaine Calco-Gray is the clinical director of the Cactus Counseling Associates of Arizona. In this capacity she provides clinical supervision to staff of substance abuse counseling agencies in Arizona. Her areas of specialty are forensic psychology, domestic violence treatment, criminal justice, and substance abuse counseling. She has presented at several venues, including the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention in Washington, DC, and the ICADA Conference on Domestic Violence.

 
Terry Gray

Terry Gray is Director of the Cactus Counseling Associates of Arizona. His areas of specialty are domestic violence, driving under the influence, individual and group therapy, and the criminal justice system. He has worked in the mental health and substance abuse fields for twenty-eight years. He is chair of the Interagency Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse (ICADA), and past president of the Arizona Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors.

 
Judith Josiah-Martin

Judith Josiah-Martin is clinical director of Crossroads Centre in Antigua where she has served in various clinical roles since 1998. Prior to this she was in private practice in Antigua and an individual, group and family counselor in Missouri for fourteen years. She has published extensively in a variety of journals on topics such as residential treatment procedures, Caribbean and non-Caribbean clients, and chronic use of alcohol, opiates, and stimulants.

 
Dr. Benny Lam, Wai Lun

Dr. Benny Lam, Wai Lun is treatment director of the United Family Services in Arkansas. His Psy.D was in addiction studies and family counseling. His special skills include counseling and therapy with children and adolescents, criminal justice system programming, psychological testing, and research with Chinese populations and substance abuse. He is also Seminar Director for Prepare/Enrich, an experiential training program for various populations.

 
Dr. David Mee Lee

Dr. David Mee Lee is an American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) Board-Certified psychiatrist, and has held academic appointments at Boston University, Harvard Medical School, and the University of California, Davis. He has had hospital appointments at the New England Memorial Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, and Castle Medical Center in Hawaii. He is author of the ASAM Patient Placement Criteria and has lectured worldwide on a number of topics, including co-occurring psychiatric and addiction illness, evaluation of services, cost-effective systems, and patient placement criteria, among others.

 
Dr. Bernie Murphy

Dr. Bernie Murphy is Principal Investigator for PREVENT, a 24-hour prevention program used worldwide by the U.S. Navy. He has also been principal investigator for a curriculum development project in Florida and Georgia, and served as Special Projects Manager for the Arlington County Department of Human Services for sixteen years. He served as a clinical supervisor for the U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps at several military bases. He also has taught at Trinity College, Salisbury State University and the North Carolina Foundation for Alcohol and Drug Studies.

 
Linda Ouellette

Linda Ouellette is a therapist at the Marana Health Center in Arizona and formerly at Cottonwood de Tucson as a primary therapist. Her areas of specialty are young adults and addictive behaviors, individual, family and couple counseling, and aftercare planning. She worked for twelve years in the travel industry and has extensive international experience.

 
Dr. Christopher Ringwalt

Dr. Christopher Ringwalt is senior scientist at the Chapel Hill Center of the Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation (PIRE). He has extensive experience in the design, development, analysis and reporting of epidemiological, etiological and evaluation studies relating to public health issues. He has directed evaluation projects for the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), the National Institute of Justice (NIJ), the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP), and the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP). His areas of expertise include school-based prevention strategies, teacher education and training, and evaluation.

 
Mark Schoor

Mark Schoor is Director of Staff Development of the Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare in Oregon. He has also served as Clinical Director for the Network Behavioral HealthCare Institute. He is a certified addiction counselor, with extensive experience in counseling severely impaired clients, dual diagnosis, dealing with trauma, and program management and development.

 
Del Worley

Del Worley is in private practice in Arizona and co-founder of the Southwest Institute for Group and Family Therapy. She has served on the faculty of the Pima Community College and the Prescott College Adult Degree Program. She is a licensed professional counselor, licensed independent substance abuse counselor and has been appointed by the Governor of the State of Arizona to the Board of Behavioral Health Examiners and Chair of the Substance Abuse Credentialing Committee.
